Sikhathele Matambo
Executive Director

A results-oriented, enthusiastic, hands-on professional, widely active in women empowerment programming in the southern region of the country. She has experience in women empowerment, women’s rights, advocacy and lobby. She is a strong team player and has more than 10 years experience working in the NGO sector. She is a holder of a Masters of Science Degree in Gender and Policy Studies.

Melissa Nomakhosi Ndlovu
Programs Manager

She is a Human Rights Activist passionate about women empowerment and governance issues. She holds a Masters Degree in Development Studies from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), an Honours Degree in Development Studies from Lupane State University, a Diploma in Disaster Management from NUST and a Diploma in Education (teaching) from Hillside Teachers College. She has more than ten years professional work experience in civil society organisations.

Bonanza Khupe
Finance Officer

He holds a Diploma in Accounting from Bulawayo Polytechnic and has 10 years experience as a Finance officer in the Non-Governmental sector and 3 years experience in the government and a year in the private sector. He started off as a clerk in the private sector and then joined government as an accounting assistant and later joined the NGO sector as Finance and Administration Officer, a position he holds with EWF.

Duduzile Ndlovu
Counsellor

A passionate Development Worker who has close to five years experience providing community related services with various organisations. She is a holder of a Master of Science Degree in Development Studies with National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Post-Graduate Diploma in Development Studies from Lupane State University (LSU) and a Bachelor of Science in Counselling with Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU).

Plaxedes Moyo
Programs Officer

She is a highly motivated, creative and assertive person with 3 years of experience in project implementation especially around advocacy work. She holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Development Studies from Lupane State University and is currently studying towards a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Development Management.

Siduduzile Moyo
Programs Officer

She holds a Masters Degree in Development Studies and an Honours Degree in Development Studies from Lupane State University. She has close to four years experience in Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO) work. She has trained and has experience in Displacement Tracking Matrix acquired from one United Nation agency.

Nothabo Nyathi
Communications Officer

An ambitious, creative and highly motivated young woman who has passion in Journalism and Media practice. A holder of a BSc Honours Degree in Journalism and Media studies from the National University of Science and Technology which gave her an excellent grounding in media practice. She has strong writing and editorial, is diligent, disciplined, innovative, fast learner.

Nomzamo Ncube
Programs Officer

Is a seasoned result-oriented Development Worker with vast experience in gender programming, humanitarian work, child protection, and advocacy. She is a firm believer in achieving gender justice. She’s currently studying towards Master of Science Degree in Gender and Policy Studies.

Modester Sibanda
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

A Monitoring and Evaluation Practitioner with exceptional writing and analytical skills relevant for research based work she does at EWF. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science Special Honours Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, BSc Honours Degree in Development Studies from Lupane State University and currently pursuing an MSc in Monitoring and Evaluation from the same institution.

Lisa Siziba
Finance Intern

She is target driven self –starter and goal achiever who can easily adapt to different working environments and relate well with others. A positive and forward thinking attitude combined with calm, professional demeanour to deliver detailed and accurate accounting and finance results. She is an undergraduate studying towards a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Banking and Investment Management at NUST.

Khulani Ndhlovu
M&E Assistant

A vibrant young development worker, with a commendable capability to promote transformational development. She has vast experience working with communities, at various levels on SGBV, HIV and child rights programming. She holds a BSc Degree in Development Studies.

Francina Shanana
Finance Assistant

She has more than 4 years work experience in accounting and finance, having started off as a counter clerk. She has a BSc of Commerce Honours Degree in Banking from the University of Science and Technology. She has excellent listening skills and is a great team player and problem-solver adapting to changing times.

Shirley Mabutho
Assistant Programs Officer

She has a strong drive for community development particularly on socio-economic wellbeing of women. She holds a Bachelors Honours Degree in Development Studies and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Development Management at Lupane State University. She is a self-motivated team player with an ability to adapt. She has good networking and communication skills.

Nozithelo Mapholisa
Assistant Programs Officer

She is passionate about women empowerment. She is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Development Studies from Midlands State University. She is currently working with community women and faith communities on a programme that focuses on addressing GBV and HIV through biblical principles of Faith, Justice, Peace and Dignity (SASA! Faith).

Duduzile Moyo
Counsellor

She is a passionate and dedicated Counsellor. She holds a Certificate in Counselling and Social Work from the University of Zimbabwe, a Certificate from University of KwaZulu Natal on Community Work with Children and Youth. She has more than fifteen years professional work in Non-Governmental Organisations and Parastatal. She has good communication skills.
